By winter 2007 two lifelong friends, Lee Howells (ex-Bovine) and Matthew Powell (ex-Lunapins), had become disillusioned by the lack of diversity within the Welsh music scene. Having recently parted ways with their respective bands, the pair set about forming a new band, with one intent: to create something different, BUNKER.After several lineup shuffles Lionel Thomas aka, Blare (ex-Soundjunkies) and David Morris (ex-Ceramic Ant) were drafted in and the band was now complete.At the moment the band is working on completing a live set, and are planning to release a demo EP followed by an Album from indie label Cube Records in the very near future.
